Our Cast Iron Collection features a No. 8, No. 10, and a No. 12 Skillet, all of which are made in America. The No. 10 is our "main course skillet" and is ready to use right out of the box. It has an 11-5/8 inch diameter and a depth of 2 1/8 inches, making it a favorite for daily use and cooking meals for larger groups.

Lightweight & Smooth: Weighing in around 6 lbs, we designed our cookware to be 1-2 lbs less than other modern-made cast iron cookware. The lower weight gives our skillet a more enjoyable cooking experience, as it is easier to move around the kitchen and responds to heat more quickly, allowing you to have more control while still featuring the heat retention of cast iron.
